Thanks denso13 for reply A wire linkage from handle mechanism is attached to a plunger, is this the syphon, if it is why cant I release the wire link and pull the plunger or piston out and get at the spring? I hope I don't have to take all the innards out

After flush handle does not return to normal position unless moved by hand, linkage looks ok Anyone help?

What's that supposed to mean

indesit wia 101 red led(door)keeps flashing about once per second even when door is opened,otherwise machine works ok
