yes hot water turned up to full to test and still the same. does make an erratic clicking/switching sound though. ps thanks for the reply

when using domestic hot water (bath or shower) hot will run for as long as it pleases then go cold. sometimes it will come back hot if left running sometimes need to turn off, wait a few mins then try again. please please please can anyone help
