Chaps, The cement around my drain covers are breaking away and bits are falling down the drain in to the sewage pipes, not good. Whats the best way of re cementing these in. Should build a timber frame and pour the cement in, will the cemnet stick to the wood ?? any other ideas appreciated...

I have had some lights replaced by an electricain but now when I put the lights on there is a buzzing noise quite loud. The electricain has said that I need a low voltage trailing edge dimmer where as the most common are net inductive dimmers...... So where do i get hold of one of these...
