    Thank you everyone... The electric shower option has been discussed and rejected on style. We are sorry but if we are spending the best part of 50k on the loft conversion we dont want a box on the wall. Oh and a small drip.

    Thanks, buts whats a wb? And yes I can understand the quality rather than price, our old potterton puma is OLD. with the loft conversion thought I would renew the boiler.. Any thoughts?

    As a slightly cheaper option than the one suggested above, either consider getting a more powerful combi installed, or a system store such as Glowworm's Ultrapower or Ideal's Istor. How much would a new combi cost.... What would be the best for the 2 shower option.... And thanks

    Thanks everyone...35k is a bit ott. But an idea worth merit. I think option 2 a new boiler sounds the best solution... Any ideeas as to price and product?

    ok the pin moving but i have to use the side of a small screwdriver to help it return to top... Doesnt seem to be getting warmer. Should I try and vent the rad again? Bringing hot water in from the other side? Just wait? Get a new part?? - Hope Not!

    okay got the plastic top off I can see in the middle a small (about an 8th of an inch) pin in the middle. How high should this be? Do you think its stuck? Im going to try and free it... I assume there is something under it preventing the water into the rad... Am I clse or a million miles away?

    :( Help! I have an upstairs rad that refuses to heat up. Every other rad is fine.... On the right side is the thermo stat I assume where I can control the temperature the pipe below it is hot. At the other end the other pipe is cold. When I attempt to bleed the rad the pipe at the other end...
