IKEA: Why does this sh*t always happen to me?

I can steal the heavy duty shelf from under my existing kitchen oven, and I can replace it with the new not-so-heavy-duty-but-good-enough one. The new-style oven support is sold separately: https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/utrusta-bracket-for-oven-galvanised-10301960/ That gives me one decent...

IKEA: Why does this sh*t always happen to me?

I started off this week-end with a fairly straightforward project idea. An 80cm x 200cm space on the wall where I want to put a cupboard, with a couple of printers. Except they're heavy. And so I wanted shelves that are a little more sturdy than the usual shelves which just rest on some rods...

    Smart Interval Timers

My post clearly says 'PC' and not 'computer'. Stop making stuff up.

    Smart Interval Timers

    Yeah. What's your point?

    Smart Interval Timers

https://github.com/albertogeniola/MerossIot Start by figuring out how to control them on a PC, then you can ultimately move that code onto a RPi or something else.

Straight slide bolt going into a hole?

I didn't get this specific one, but the key thing was to include the word 'Architectural', once I searched for that, I got loads of hits for similar. Thanks so much for this.

Straight slide bolt going into a hole?

I think I'd best describe it as like the image below, except without the zig-zag. I want this to put a bolt on a half-height door along the top edge, if that makes any sense. Oddly I can't find any such thing. It will be for internal use. Thanks!

    Chipper/shredder

If you're talking about the UK Forest Master they are cheap but I'm not buying from them again, some people get on with them but I was less than impressed. I'm not sure what you mean by "American forest master", do you have a link? Stihl are rather plastic-looking affairs that look like...

    Chipper/shredder

You mean this one? https://www.justlawnmowers.co.uk/eliet-maestro-city-shredder.html I'd stretch to that if it's rock solid.

    Chipper/shredder

I'd say about 5cm max. From chippers I've used in the past I don't think these specs are always accurate. I've used a few in the past and some of them may get through their stated diameter, but with the revs turned up to max, feeding in very carefully etc... My main concern is clogging due to...

    Chipper/shredder

I thought people would understand the context, but I've edited the question, I'd just like ideas about models to look at.

    Chipper/shredder

But I want to buy Stephen, hence the question.

    Chipper/shredder

I'm looking for a chipper or shredder recommendation for a budget of about £1000. It needs to deal with lots of leylandii, and I don't want something that clogs up all the time, also I need to be able to store it in the garage, so I'm looking for more of an upright machine, or one that can be...

    Using a stump grinder

For one that small I'd just sabre saw at an angle. I have a supply of cheap, long blades that I don't mind sticking into earth for stuff like this, they quickly get messed up but are cheaper than stump grinder hire.
