    Damp on internal wall?

Yeah it's supplied from the pipes behind. We have a road behind our house (very small courtyard size garden) so mains comes from there.

We try to keep it maintained around that as much as possible but sometimes it does go over 60

    Damp on internal wall?

You talking about old pipes that aren't in use any more? Water supply comes in from our kitchen and we use to have old CH pipes under the ground but they were made redundant and they all run above ground now. The floor was tested for moisture last year and it passed as dry

    Damp on internal wall?

No dog, I do have a cat but I think the smell of a cat urinating on my wall would stink! No smell though

I wondering if cutting down those metal beads would help in some way... worth a try I guess. No appliances like that near these walls for me though.

only thing I could think of would be CH pipes but theres no leak, boiler hasn't lost any pressure. Floor next to it is concrete/screed and thats bone dry

    Damp on internal wall?

Yeh I'm a bit unsure too... if it wasn't and just contamination, would I just need to sand it all back, prime and repaint?

No, existing internal wall between two rooms bang in the middle of in a Victorian home. Just been knocked through in the past. No signs of the same damp patch anywhere else it seems
