    Problem fixed, removed back and found belt on floor. Put it back on and machine is now working again. Thanks!

    Thanks for the suggestions; 1) I can turn the drum by hand 2) I can hear the motor running, it makes all the noises as if it should be spinning. 3) will check the belt I now have another problem, the programmer is no longer turning ?

    I had a problem with machine not draining water. I managed to fix this by cleaning the filter. Now the drum does not turn during a wash or when I put it on spin ? Any suggestions ?
