Prima LPR 600 dishwasher major problem

dishwasher beeps when on and when door is opened the start light flashes continuously, doesn't appear to be any pauses between flashes just continuous flashing. I can move the programm from rinse to the others and set it going, what sounds like the pump starts and then the bleeping starts and nothing further happens. Any ideas greatly received.

You haven't provided the product number or serial number so have to guess at the age.
Continuous flash is a single flash. Single flash is error code F1 which is an NTC fault.
NTC regulates the temperature. It's fitted from the underside, twist fit and has two thin blue wires going to it.
