cutting porelain tiles

any know of a not to expensive wet tile cutter that will cut 12mm porcelain tiles, it's for a diy tiling job so hopefully not to expensive, thanks :)

How large a job are we talking about,you could probably get away with a £30 one from b&q or similar but if it's only for a one off job then you may be just aswell to hire one.
 
it's about 10 square meters, the hire shops near me are asking £42 for a days hire but i wasn't planning on having it finished in a day so i thought i may as well buy one.
