Witnessed poor driving

I only rang the number once, but it wasn't a "How's my driving?" one...

Several of my neighbours were stood outside having a chat when a minicab drove into my car at about 20mph, 10 feet from where they were standing!

I was indoors and didn't hear it, but fortunately they got the phone number off the side and I rang them up to ask if they'd like to provide me with their insurance details, or would they like the Police to look it up and save them the bother.

Unfortunately, as is always the way, despite 4 witnesses the uninsured minicab driver managed to get away with it because the Police decided to lose the paperwork and refused to let me re-report it. As it's cost me best part of £1000, in excesses and increased premiums over the years, I reckon that by rights, that gives me a free go :p

Eh cause im going to break your fekin arms replied i as he started to run.

I love tough guys too.

Previously, I've stopped on the outside lane of motorways, dual carriageways, blocked vehicles in between islands and traffic etc etc when some idiot has been tailgating me.

They are never so tough or abusive when someone is waiting at the side of their drivers door.

Nowadays though, phoning the driver hotline number is the done thing.

If you run a company then it is good to know how your staff are driving.

Well Woody your right to use the word idiot but that would be more appropriately used in regards to yourself.
Stopping on an outside lane etc is a really stupid thing to do but guess you had some more pictures to take.
And this is someone complaining about others driving ,no wonder there is accidents

Who is complaining?

All I said was that I will report bad driving. And I actually have a dashboard camera for some of the other work I do, so there.

If people want to report any of my bad driving then that is fine too

Have you ever witnessed poor driving by a company vehicle with contact details on it (Or been able to find details for) and subsequently complained to said company?

?

Hmm yeah it was a co op wagon

Basicly we all do daft things.. I wouldn't grass on a minor misdemeanour (fk did I spell that right..lol

Just a snippet off a tw*t that calls himself True-blue.

Clean car, absolutely filthy rear end. Perfectly clean headlights.

Tailgaiting so close I couldn't see his headlights. Pushing harder and harder for 5-6 miles afterwhich it overtook and sat a couple of feet from the next car.

THis driver sat at less than a metre away at 70mph in dense morning traffic.

Very aggressive driver approached at high speed and tailgaited at less than a metre away in a 40 limit. Tried to nudge me and as soon as I could pull in he went back up to 80+ ...

This lorry approached at high speed and tailgaited for 2 miles, so close I couldn't see his headlights. Then, with a car waiting at a staggered junction, overtook me on ghostlines and sat on the tail of the next car.

While travelling at 70 on the dual carriageway, this car passed me like I was parked up. It got worse as he was what looked like cooking his breakfast in the passenger footwell that needed a lot of attention...

Driver talking on mobile phone while pulling out in front of crossing traffic. Very very dark windows all round but clearly on phone.

How the f**K could this prat see a phone.

I think the web site is aimed at sad little people that thrive on complaits and being a niusance.

They spend that long looking for other drivers faults, that surely they must be a danger to other road users.

I was returning to work yesterday after picking up some parts from a supplier in Wigan.
Coming off the M58 into Kirkby I had a grey/silver Mercedes van behind me, not quite tailgating but fairly close. We drove along a single lane road for about 3 miles before it opened up to a dual carriageway. He guns it and starts to overtake. No problem, if he wants to break the speed limit he's an ass I thought.
As he passed me I glanced sideways to see 2 young boys about 6 or 7 years old standing with their arms resting on the dashboard. Prathead had his seatbelt on they didn't! As we approached a roundabout with a clear view all round I noticed a car coming from the opposite direction with his right indicator flashing meaning he would cross the path Merc man and I would take. Mercman was by now half a van length in front of me and this quickly widened as I eased off the accelerator anticipating having to slow down even more before the roundabout. Mercman decides he can make it!
Oh oh! Brake lights glare and van starts to fishtail! He just made the stop in time!
If he hadn't I would have been putting those kids in the recovery position on the roundabout while waiting for the emergency services!

Some of us don't look for bad drivers they just appear.
I've also been told to eff off after asking a woman to at least sit in the back of a car with a very young baby, (a couple of weeks old by my reckoning), after seeing she didn't have a baby seat.

not quite on topic but I saw a bakery van last week which, on the rear door, said "no buns are left in this van overnight".
made me laugh.
:D
