No red button that I can see
have you pulled the bottom case off? if so on the right hand side under the boiler you will see a red/orange button push it. if it doesnt move and you hear no click move on call a gas safe man, does the fan run
no fan, its a balanced flu

what about the over heat stat?

have you got a frost stat fitted? one shut the boiler off before when it died

Them boards are quite easy to work on with the way voltages go to diff components
Yes, can this be reset or bypassed to see if it is that??
Disconnected the frost stat and tried it again, still no gas and cant find any reset buttons or switches. I have power into the gas valve and pilot light is on, is it safe to assume its a dodgy gas valve?.......
