Help Urgently Needed.....Please

Hi all

Can anyone help with my problem re: Delongi DFS090DO.

Bought this from a well known shop and have tried in vain to order parts for it. The service dept. keep sending the wrong parts & they don't fit my model & they're not interested in my dilemma as they are apparently investigating the matter. I have a toddler at home and really need to get this sorted

I need to get pictures of how the wok burner is fitted together

My Gas engineer will not sign the cooker off as he is no convinced that the parts are the correct ones

is this still under warrenty?if so take it back.

As wrong parts are under investigation and an engineer is arriving within the next month to assess the situation, it can't go back.

The diagrams in the user manual are not in colour & this makes pictures difficult to see properly.

If anyone on the forum has this type of Delonghi, I would be grateful if they could email me pictures of the individual parts & how they look when put together on the range top.

anything you change and no doubt the "engineer" will say (quite rightly) you tampered with it so its not valid.

But i would be inclined to say 1 month is too long

take a photo of the assembly and send that instead
