Im doing a pereodic test tomorow and I know that there is no main earth to the gas or water. Would it need a 10mm earth pulled in to ensure a pass? Or would it go down as a code 4??

Any advice appreciated!

I agree with holmslaw and it would be Code 1 or 2. Code 4 is complies to previous edition and previous edition also required bonding of gas and water.
Since it does not cause danger but would not remove danger should there be another fault I would give it Code 2.
There are time when ones remit is test only. And you have to do a PIR without doing any repairs. Once one sees a fault one has to consider if to continue testing will cause danger. This is sometimes a problem when using ELI testers and you will need to remove supply and use R1 + R2 test method. Once the supply is removed you can't switch back on with a fault which could be dangerous.
To remove supply without authority can cause problems as we are not allowed to switch off a supply because of danger where it removes basic functions required for living. You would need to find alternative housing etc.
So do make sure you have authority to switch off supply.
One way around I have used is to say I am not permitted to re-connect the supply. But I have not locked it off and I know as soon as I get in my van they will turn it on. But as to if I could get into trouble for that would be up to the courts to decide. Likely I could. And better to avoid getting into that position.
So since you know position tell the owner first. And ask if you are to repair or isolate and avoid getting into position where you have turned off supply and can't switch it back on.

If you do not know what code to issue for lack of Main protective bonding then you should not be doing periodic inspection and testing !
