Jaguar boiler J1 error

Fan, pump not running and displaying J1 on turn on. Anyone any ideas ?

Are you sure it's not F1?

Could be overheated.

Never seen a 'J' code on a jaguar yet

J1 is just telling you the boiler model.

Common problem for these to overheat and lock out on a regular basis.
Could be pump, diverter, pcb, or thermistors.
