INSTALLING WASTE TO BUILT-IN DISHWASHER

Hi

Can the waste from the dishwasher - which is next to sink - share with the sink waste which goes through wall into outside gully - or do I need a separate waste, trap etc for the d/washer and extra hole in wall?

If advisable, is there a proprietary fitting that would make this possible?

much easier and perfectly fine to connect it into sink waste by chsnging the trap to one which has a spigot on it for the waste hose of the machine, check out McAlpine site for various traps one of which will suit you
