Hello
The paint work is in generally great shape, but there is a section of wall where the previous owners children have used crayon and put drawings up and the blue-tack marks have stained the wall and in some cases chipped the layer of paint.
I was hoping to simply paint over the current paintwork. But I have two concerns:
1) Will I need to clean down the wall for the stains of the old blue tack (now removed) and for the general stains to be expected on a kitchen wall,
and
2) how do I paint over the small areas where the original layer of paint has been removed. Do I need to somehow smooth over this area and if so what is the technique / product I should use?
Thank you in advance
