Jenkouk, why dont you complete your forum profile and include your RGI status and include your registration number and contact number and email?

If you had done that then I would have emailed the settings directly to you.

We dont encourage illegal gas work by DIYers for the obvious safety reasons.

Email your details to [email protected] and he will arrange access for you to the combustion chamber part of this forum.

Apart from B&Q, Heatline boilers are no longer being sold in the UK.

Presumably they are trying to encourage their sales of Glow-Worm and Vaillant boilers.

In the meantime cashing in on their technical help premium rate line.

I think all boilers should have the basic info like burner pressures labelled inside to aid correct setting up.

Its all wrong you buy and install their equipment then they charge you through the nose for support as i am well aware after just being on the phone to them for nine minutes

If you ask in the CC then someone may have the landline number!
