Hi Chaps
Sure you've been asked this a few times already but here goes anyway.
New flat roof and unsure of how to cover it. I don't fancy felt, simply because it don't have a reputation of being permanent. It feels like a cheap and cheerful way to roof?. Is EPDM or GRP much better?. The one thing about these options seem to be that I am forced into the hands of window company's, not roofing company's who mainly seem to offer conventional felt.
Also, whats Sarnafil?
Which honestly is best long term value for money.
I don't know if I'm allowed to ask but what is a reasonably guide price for 8x5 Mtrs, fitted.

Thanks

have a look @ www.liquidplastics.co.uk ( I was well impressed by an older product they used to make called dexadex) maybe they have recommended installers ...If you do go with their products, can you let us know the cost.

I like GRP. It lasts for decades and is simple to repair (in the rare event it needs it).

Thanks fellas
The permaroof site is excellent. I am just having a careful think about whether I have the balls to do this myself :D

Go with zinc or another hard metal. It will outlast any other product. Sarafil is the best alternative but I bet a zinc roof works out cheaper! Message me if you want a quote. :D
