Rads are hot but no hot water!

I have had to turn my heating up full to get any hot water for the last couple of weeks (I have a combi boiler), but this morning, I have no hot water atall. I've been told it could be a valve of some sort.
We recently had a new mixer shower installed and a radiator was moved. I don't know if this would have had any effect.
Anyone have any ideas?

It's an Icon23t (apparently a gloworm boiler under the metal shell). I've also heard rumours that this make is a pile of sh*te!!!
