Hi guys, yes its me again...
Right my mates mum has just had new double glazing and a new front door put in, which now means what used to be the porch is part of their hallway...
The old porch walls were pebble dash but not painted. My question is would it be better to bond then skim these rather than knock all the old pebbledash back to brick work. I considered boarding, but this would mean the walls would come out to far in comparison to the new windo seals....bit of a hard image to picture ey!!! I imagine i should still PVA as normal...
Also should i use some external render beads as the angle are pretty thick??? Oh and one more thing, above the door it is arched, so can you get beading to match this???
Right im going to shut up now, and hand it over to you guys....
Im a bit reluctant to do it, but it would be good practice for me, so any advice would be great thanks...
regards
Clark
