Showerwall - which is best

I am changing the tiles for plastic effect panelling. By experience which is best for a novice DIYer to fit? Bear in mind cost and ease of use. I would also like to install the same (but different colour) to the ceiling with downlights in. Many thanks for your help.

"Wetwall". Shower panels are 2420 x 1200. Dry panels (for other walls in the room are 2420 x 600. The panels come in various styles and have all the corners and edge trims, etc, as optional extras. They have the adhesive you need, as well. Like all these systems, the edge sealing and corner joining is critical. Other than that, its easy...
 
easy ? cheap ? for a reason. This stuff is made from mdf (same as laminate flooring) get it wrong and you've wasted your time and money. be sensible and just tile it..
