Found an ideal classic ff350 boiler only 200mm horizontally away from an openable window. In the absence of man inst i went with the usual 300mm so i did a risk assessment with my flue analyser and found no spillage or pocs entering property. I then made this ntcs on the certificate, do you think i should have made it at risk, this seems to be open to interpretation, what are your thoughts guys.

yeah, prob should have posted it in there, i suppose it could be at risk depending on weather conditions, mind you a spillage test is reliant on weather conditions on an open flue appliance and potentially could fail from one day to the next also
And if it fails the spillage then it's ID so the point is moot....you can only mark it as you find it.

even the sixth edition is quite vague on this and only says id if entering property but does not mention if not entering property, think next time i ll make it at risk to be on safe side.
ncs but make record on sheet how many ppm you have and recomend co detector ar$! covered then
