I am no more a theif than any other business in this god forsaken country, perhaps if I wore a suit and tie and charged you £25.00 for a letter that took 10 minutes to type you would feel happier, or maybe I know I will charge you vat on your gas bill as well or charge what I like for your water because there is no competition or make you pay road tax but not actually spend all the money on the roads then tax your insurance and the fuel to put it in the vehicle then put a bus and cycle lane in your way oh and if you like add a congestion charge oh I know a good scam gas work notification, that will bring some money in, the twwaatts will pay up, lets rob the bassttardds even more with a waste carriers licence, SHALL I GO ON, before you call me a thief let them without sin cast the first stone, what little robbing enterprise do you get your money from ? insurance? selling mortgages? mobile phone company charges ? estate agent? whatever it is, your company will be ripping people off, people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones so blow it out your aarrsse

OP, how can you be ripped off when you have not accepted the price you were quoted?
I would say it is more like a price you do not want to pay instead of BEING ripped off. Clearly a case of you will go elsewhere because the 'service' is to dear.
