I connected electric shower to the mains under the kitchen sink.
There is a definite pressure drop at the shower if someone uses the cold tap at the sink.
Is this something we have to put up with when choosing an electric shower or is there a way around this problem?

Depends on the incoming mains pressure and flow rate. Have you turned the main stopcock on fully?

Your talking of flow rate dont mix it with pressure. Your reducing flow since its being used elsewhere, unfortunately you have to live with that.

I have turned the stop cock on full although I remember it being a pig to shift for a bit when closing. The flow at the sink cold tap is powerful to say the least
