facing problem regarding mdf surface any possible solution

good day i am wood worker i am facing problem at this moment this is the flow of my work i use cnc router for cabinet using mdf board after that i am sanding it after i used vacuum press using pvc laminate the result is very bad the surface of mdf board with pvc laminate have a bubble some routing mark seen as well .any teqnique or pointers you can suggest me can i used primer or sealer for this problem if i can what type or kind . i am badly needed solution for this thanks.

Which CNC/Press are you using?

I already responded on another post to you on this subject. Use a moisture resitant MDF board or a high Density MDF board. This will help resolve the problems you describe.
