Ha, dropped my precious Makita cordless power drill down the cavity wall of my 2 storey house. I knocked it with my elbow and down it fell, all the way down the 3 inch cavity from the top of the house all the to way to the bottom. I could just about see it with my torch shining down there....

....managed to fish it back out with a piece of string with a loop tied in the end! GOD KNOWS HOW, but I got it back with all those butterflies in the way!!!!

What....instead of having been built by jerries you mean :p

Sorry,couldnt resist it !

I managed to drop a makita cordless off one of the towers of Cardiff castle, never did find all the pieces :(

I had the job of installing a fire alarm system, but they gave me the wrong sort of ladder, my shoulder was dislocated and my hand crushed, I got £7500.......and I did not even have to go to court.

What a load of codswhallop, if he knew it was the wrong sort of ladder why did he put himself at risk, anything above 6 foot off the ground warrants a work tower.

i dropped on of my dewalt drills off the top of a bridgewater carnival float a couple of years ago - a good 20ft drop

its still going stong today....

I dont really trust wooden ladders specially the older ones.

The state of the one he was using i would not climb up that thing at all.

Why didn't he use a abru instead, one that extends .
