Boiler Noise upon increase water temp

Hi

Please can anyone tell me why my boiler (traditional) makes a whirring noise if I turn up the water temperature, thermostat ranges from 0-6, currently only on 2 but if turn it up to 3 in order to get hotter water it makes a noise I can best describe as whirring

'Kettleing'. The name describes it all. The hotter the water inside the Heat Ex, the more the noise as your heat ex is in fact a bigger kettle 'element'.
What does you kettle sould like when it gets hot?
