Recommend a quiet gas boiler

Thinking of replacing my Vaillant Turbomax boiler. The boiler is located in the garage attached to my bedroom and from the bedroom we can hear the boiler firing up.

One of my main requirements in choosing a new boiler is low noise. So hopefully it won't disturb our sleep!

Can you recommend any quiet boilers?
Does such a thing exist?

Broag Remeha Avanta boilers are extremely quiet. My son recently had one installed in the airing cupboard in their bedroom. It can't be heard at all, even if the cupboard door is open and you are standing next to the boiler.
 
the turbomax is generally a very quiet and very reliable boiler, either its not working correctly or there may be a lack of sound insulation between the garage and the bedroom. I wouldn't automatically assume a new boiler is the answer.

The fans on the Turbomax can get noisy when they become worn.

precisely, couple hundred quid for a fan for one of the most reliable boilers around or a few thousand for an unnessecary boiler replacement?
