Tee into the central heating pipe if you like, it'll be funny, then you can post in here about the problems with your central heating, i love your thinking of how it will be cold in the summer when you need it, absaloute classic

If you're teeing into the 'toilet pipe' as you say, you might as well connect into the 4 inch waste pipe; a couple of reducers should bring it down to 15mm for the tap. It will only work when you flush the toilet, saving water, and you will be pioneering a 'brown water system' with the added bonus of fertilising your lawn.

Post a picture when you've done it.

More like Britains worst D.I.Yer

rad outside would contravene building regs.
Where exactly does it state that an outside rad is prohibited (apart from the obvious attempt to help warm the globe - but this could be alleviated by an appropriate TRV ;) )?

so would it be ok to run the garden tap off the toilet inlet pipe and how do I know for sure it runs off the mains?
