dunno about guys/gals on here but I`m working class, Tories have done nothing but look after their own rich pals, Labour all the way for the working man...tories neglected every single thing unless you could pay for it.

.shame on voters in 2010 for letting that Thatcher`s prodigy crawl back into our lives....you have asked for it....and you are going to get it....trust me.

I'm no fan of Thatcher but Brown makes her mistakes pale into insignificance. As has been said Labour have given so much to the work shy for some its not worth working; you don't need a degree in economics to know thats not gonna work long term ffs.


Any govt that rewards the hardworking is fine by me.

You think labour did a good job of running the country? the ****ing nearly bankrupted us and left us owing £180 Billion, they've let in 3 million immigrants and seriously undermined the working conditions of millions of working class people ,

they sold off all our gold reserves for next to nothing, they given away our sovereignty to the EU, massively expand the surveillance society and make huge attacks on your civil liberties and democratic rights.

Because of labour almost everyone in the country has had a speeding ticket, which makes it one of the 64 stealth taxes they invented, they destroyed our education system with petty interference, turned A Levels into a mockery by dropping the standards so low you have to be mentally retarded to fail, and they taken control and interfered in every aspect of our lives with there expansion of 700 official databases and there expansion of Political Correctness and elf'n'safety, and made a mockery of justice with there stupid Human Rights laws.

Yes, actually, a tory government will be infinitely preferably to that lot.

They were also responsible for sending our soldiers to fight phoney wars on peoples who presented no danger to the UK. Now our fine men and women return home in body bags whilst the artichtect (bliar) of these conflicts swans around the world on yachts with his wealthy billionaire friends.
brown was single handedly responsible for the vast underfunding of the military with soldiers lacking vital equipment.
Yet was able to fund a vast and unnecessary expansion of the public sector and gurantee them their goldplated pensions.

Talking of pensions.

Back in 1997, while Mr Brown was scheming to plunder private pensions for about £5 billion a year, he was warned in the clearest possible terms by the Inland Revenue that the proposed raid would "make a big hole in pension scheme finances", creating a shortfall of up to £75 billion.
No wonder he fought for two years to keep secret the warnings he had received about pilfering our pensions.

Labour hasnt been the party of the working class for 15 years.

Labour has let in 3 million immigrants for the explicit purpose of flooding the job market with cheap labour to supress wages, lower working conditions and to cow and weaken the unions. Because of labour, unemployment in 16-25 year olds is at an all time high, because the jobs those kids would have done have been turned into minimum wage agency jobs and are now done by immigrants. Almost all the new jobs created in this country in the last 14 years have been taken up by 1.4 million immigrants, and unemployment in the native population is up 1.5 million, doesnt take a genius to figure out whats gone on there.

Nu Labour does not give one flying **** for the working class, especially the Blairites, there disdain for the working class and the left is barely contained in there Estuary English accents and pictures of Maggie on the wall.

Whats more, it doesnt matter who is in power for the next 5 years , there is going have to be serious cuts all over to get us out the deep horse poo Brown the Fake Chancellor has dumped us in. Had he not scrapped the rules regarding Bank Regulation, we wouldnt be in this poo now. His claim to competance went out the window months ago.

is there no one that thinks that the old tory and labour values dont really apply anymore? in the good old days, tories stood for the people that that owned stuff... and went to public school.
And labour meant just that, the people in the factories, that just about made a living... toiled (bl00dy) hard, and made this country as good as it ever got.

Now... we don't have any factories, they're all in asia. The power of the unions has been destroyed and your average 'bloke' can make a million by designing a website, or winning the lottery.
Green issues have raised their head more than ever before, And immigration has completely changed the shape of the playing field.

So, in my opinon.... labour and tory don't mean anything anymore... their manifestos just show different ways of managing a country.... so lets ditch the loyalties to our parents' eras and make this country great again !

Did you know that in the East end of London where they are building the Olympic Stadium, there are around 6000 people employed on site. Around 600 of them are British. All this after Gordon Brown promised British Jobs for British Workers.

Most Labour MP's with children, send them to private schools, yet expect the working classes to send their kids to failing schools.
They have lined their own pockets for years. Fiddling expenses, evading tax, claiming for everything they could milk from the system from 50" Plasma screen tv's to even the porn films their husbands want to watch on them.
