trying to find a home for my apprentice

like a few people have said, i think what i was paying him was 'fair' i think underpaying somebody, will only lead to them becoming unintrested and not giving a good attitude at work, i found it balanced itself out, some days he was only there to keep me company and learn, on boiler installs he was worth double his money.

i had a fantastic boss when i was an apprentice, and would hope that anybody i had working for me at least thought of me in a positive light.

while he's still looking im sure if anybody needed a hand on a boiler change he would be intrested in a days work here and there....
