I'd say a 2 if only 1 break in CPC (so long as measured Zs is OK) or a 1 if more than 1 break
poor IR readings on sockets as low as 20-60 M ohm
20M-60M ohms is perfectly acceptable - no code
and no heat sleving on bathroom light
If it's suffering from heat damage then code 2 otherwise I wouldn't code it

thanks

Mine in bold

Have a look at the ESC guidance, loads of good info in it!

What are the concequences of the ring final being open circuit on CPC and neutral??

What is wrong with 20 meg insulation resistance reading??

Does the bathroom light need heat sleeving??

higher fault loop impedances

Potential for overloading cables depending on how the ring is loaded and where the break is.

Depending on how the break occoured the break itself could a further hazard such as a damaged cable or wires loose in a socket that could fal out or short at any time.

In reality that shouldn't be a problem as a spur only has a single piece of 1.5mm cpc
