I feel totally wiped out, and I have no idea why..

I struggled to climb the 7 steps to my front door, with my arms and legs feeling like they were made of lead..

no harder than usual, and I don't feel rediculously knackered at the end or those days..

one of the bosses has a bad cold, but was out on site all day and only got back for the last 20 mins, but it was rather chilly in there all day..
maybe it's just "got into my bones" as my nan used to say..
I might feel better after I warm up a bit..

You've got to remember that you are overweight so it's like carrying a bag of cement around all week - not surprising you're knackered really.

Joshing with you Diane.

He may or may not be four bags of cement over weight, but he's got the balls to admit it and deal with it.

CJ has my support :D

;)

DR Bean: One off the wrist and an early night.

Sometimes, as you get back into the 'frey', you need to take time out, and lose a day in bed to recover. I remember a 9-5 job, and nodding off when getting home, then waking up to go to work the next day, and thought I was robbed of my time, and needed to recover.

As you are also trying to lose weight and changing your diet, it will also take time for your body to adust to that as well.

You'll find your energy levels may dip in the short term, but well worth it in the long run.

Cheers

G

There is some nasty bugs going about, it's just took me three weeks to shake something off, an inner ear infection to boot!
larfargic, heavy legged and dizzy. Feel a bit of man flu coming on!
