Double kitchen sink with disposal on one side. Use the disposal daily. No problems for over 10 years. Lately, backup on the sink side happens 3-4 times a week. Almiost always very easy to plunge ond get working again. Took everything apart and no blockages or issues noted. Problem persists.

Could this be an air pressure problem? If so, what has changed and what do I need to do to take care of the problem? If not an air pressure problem what do I need to consider?

Would flushing the stack with the garden hose be helpful?

The pipe work on waste disposals normally blocks up because the home owner doesn't leave the water flowing long enough to remove all the waste from the pipe work.

Only use cold water, turn on cold water for 10-15 seconds then turn on waste disposal and feed in the kitchen scraps. Leave the waste disposal & water on for 25-30 seconds after all the scraps have gone. This will flush all the waste into the manhole and not leave in the pipe work.

waste disposals are awful, use a the bin for food scraps!or expect blockages.
Anyway, I take it you took apart the disposal unit and trap and you found no blockage.Sounds like the problem is further down the waste pipe, take the disposal off and snake the waste pipe :)
