I have an assortment of plastic boxes in the freezer, many of them contain brown stuff. It might be blended beef and vegetable soup, or lamb in gravy, or pot roast, minestrone, or chocolate pudding.
If I write on the lids in felt tip or dry-wipe, it is still there when I use the box next time. If I put on a post-it note, or sellotape on a paper label, it falls off.
What's a good way to identify stuff?
