Raven Heat RSF 820/20 manuals and wiring diagrams

Hi, can anyone help me?
I require manuals and wiring diagrams for my boiler. Raven Heat RSF 820/20.
My problem is that both CH and hot water work but I can not control temperature. Hot water is scolding and radiators are bouncing off the walls. Both stats turned to lowest setting??

Hi, what is the boilers history any recent parts fitted that made this fault occur, or was it working fine and just started to occur.

Sounds like a problem with the boiler not modulating, could be several things, sensors, gas pressures etc.

I think this model relies on liquid phial type thermostats. Sometimes people fiddling leave the sensor part out of the tubes. The control should click as the knob is rotated.

It is unlikely both would fail together unless the boiler has been totally ignored for a long time.

The gas settings are critical to correct operation. Has anyone fiddled with them?

Obviously any gas settings need a competent gas registered engineer to check and set them.
