Powermax 155 heating prob

Hello morning every1

I am new in the trade and doing my gas safe i have a prob here with the powermax 155 CH the problem is hw is working fine bottom pump is working fine just the pump for central heating is not getting any power. i check the power all the connector block but but there is no power getting to pump.
can any body suggest me what the prob can be is it the prog not sending the power to pump? or some thing els

As i said i am new in the trade and need advice from you guys will take me time to come over these prob from your professional advice many thanks in advance.

You are not gas safe registered at the present time so you should not be working on gas apliances and these are very dangerous boilers if not inspected and comishioned correctly LEAVE ALONE

i agree, the powermax isn't to be messed with if you know nothing. leave it.
