stain on wall will not cover

We had a Halloween party in my house and my partner put these these decorations on the wall they was like a rubber jelly. When I took them off the next day it as left a mark on the wall like it has sucked die out of the decoration. I have tried 2 different white emulsion paints a million times to cover themark but it keeps coming back through.

Its driving me mad now.

Any ideas how to get these pumpkins off my wall ?

Pop a coat of THIS allow to dry, about 45-60 minutes and then emulsion over it and the stain will go.

As a quick fix just spray it with hairspray. Costs nothing and does the job.
