Hi,

been quoted £8250 by local form for the following in uPVC white apart from the 2 french doors which will be in a silver RAL colour:

2 french doors in
1 door
13 windows (larget window is 3m x 1.2m, another is 2m x 1.2, 4 are 1.5m x 1.2m, 7 are 0.9m by 1.2m)

How does that price sound? They are Rehau profile in 70mm and 5 windows are leaded.

Thanks

Just doing a quick price in my head and thats not far off, say 900 a piece for the french doors plus an extra 40% for the paint to include some trims done in the same colour, 600 for the door a basic price of 400 for all the windows and you have.. 8320, I'm sure it could be fine tuned but the last coloured job I did was a nightmare.

Not a bad price im sure I buy all my windows from a national company who are certass registered and provide a quality product at the right money look up upvcsaver.com give them your dimensions and I bet you save £1500 minimum. When you tell them your dimensions ask for a Veka quote as they do provide a cheaper window (synseal) which is still a modern system but not as universally recognised as Rehau or Veka. The only other thing is what type of locks you specify I think its an additional £10 per opener to upgrade to shoot bolt, hope it saves you a few quid!!
