Is this a pillar top or a pier cap and where might I get one

Hi,

I'm looking for some help sourcing a spare (or similar) one of the things in the pic. I'd just google it, but all the terms I've tried don't quite seem to get the right thing.

Can anyone help with what this might be called and where might be the bast place to find one in the northwest? the one I'm replacing has had the ball knocked off by vandals.

If you can find the bit they knocked off cant you glue it back on will be loads cheaper
