Hi can anyone suggest how to get rid of bubblng paint on a small patch about 12inch squre ??? I took it right back to the plaster used PVA under coat then left it for 24-48 hours PVA again ,but it bubbled again after about 6weeks ? is anti-fugi paint any good ?? i have been told to use bleach witch i am going to do to-day . anyone got any other advise please ?????

Whatever you do, DON'T use pva as an undercoat/sealer at "any" time if you're using emulsion. It's not suitable for painting onto,,,,,,,,,,,, ever!!!!!!!!!
It sounds like your problem is efflorescence/salts coming through the plaster from the brick/stonework Difficult to get rid of quickly. If it's on an external wall, check you have no damp/moisture penetration in that area, coming in from the outside.
thanks for the reply its internal wall no damp that i can see what about anti fungal paint ?
