HI IVE STARTED UP ON MY OWN FITTING KITCHENS AND DOING WORKTOP JOINING BUT I AM GOING THROUGH HELL OF A LOT OF ROUTER CUTTERS DUE TO THEM GOING BLUNT AFTER MY SECOND CUT DOES ANYONE KNOW WHY THIS IS?AS ITS COSTING A FORTUNE KEEP REPLACING THEM WITH NEW ONES MANY THANKS STEVE.... :idea

You will only get about two joints per cutter (4 cuts) less if you buy cheap cutters.

I use a cutter with replaceable tips, the tips are double sided so you get 8 cuts for less than £10.

Wealden do a very good next day delivery and the prices include VAT & Del.

use a good quality jigsaw wherevever you can[one that cuts strait in worktops]or a circular saw to remove down to 3mm from the line then finnish with your router cutter
