Have tried all suggestions thawing condensate pipe, now pressure gauge at zero. Any suggestions.

not sure what you mean by fill back up system to 1.25?

sorry didnt read the heading. under the boiler is a plastic cover. remove and have a look on the back. is there a plastic key
Had a look, see what appears to be a red lever to the right of the boiler
dont touch that. do u have the instuctions for the boiler

go through it and look for pressurising(filling) system
Sorry giving up, The black lever key is under the boiler and we had already tried to pressurise the boiler which didnt work.
Have tried quite a few boiler services over the last two days but everyone up to their eyes. Hopefully someone will get back to us tomorrow.

Your condensate has frozen causing bumping banging and vibrations which has displaced the pressure release valve- had 2 today! ( out of eight breakdowns) the red lever on the right hand side is at fault behind the boiler. If you can get your hand between the pipes turn th red handle down or up very gently till it snaps back into position then you can fill your system! All done!
