Cleaning Tyrolean finish porch

Hi!
Any advice on cleaning this render, it's not that soiled, but I'm having a new hall door in upvc soon.
So the job needs doing about now - in case a chemical needs to be used.

Thanks for any replies in advance.

PS Im sure it's tyrolean - not certain.

Hi ! again,

If that's what it takes- guess I'll just have to put on a wet suit and get on with it- aint used one of these before.
Guess a low power would be best- don't want to strip any render off.
