Could be a few things. Dunsley make solid fuel dry & wet stoves and supply accessories for linking and boosting SF central heating systems.

Fitted the dunsley before and ones with slumber circuits etc

Clearly you've limited knowledge of estimating. As you would know any grey areas are covered by a Provisional sum in your tender.

Its ok, i can smell him a mile off as i dont do ESTIMATES i do quotations

Why do you quotations & not estimates??! Is it the reason you don't know what provisional sum are??!!
