Sounds like your dishwasher has sprung a leak & water on the base-plate has activated the flood prevention device. Lean it forward (or backward) to drain the water off the base-plate (have a few towels at hand). Once the water runs out you should be able to restart....Which just leaves you with a leak to find. I hope you didn't use anything terribly corrosive to clear your drains
The drain pump on Bosch/Siemens dishwashers is easy to remove. There is a cover at the front just under the door that provides good access. But the wash motor (depending on model) can be a pain unless you are double jointed. If you have more trouble post the machine E-number which is laser engraved on the top of the door lip. It can sometimes be difficult to spot in poor light. Good luck
