Hi,

Got water coming out all over floor taken back off and top and tip it slightly whilst on normal cycle and can see the water is coming from top of the drop by a rubber thingie (sorry dont know what its called). The seal looks like it's dislodged - how do you put it back in? The basket trap seems to be in the way, is their a knack for putting it back in properly so it doesnt leak in the future?

I did cheap the pump filter and found half a bra strap which may be the cause.

Thanks,
Chris

just pulled it off completly then reseated it from the bottom first then the top ran my finger round seems to have a complete seal now. its running through a was cycle ok without leaking so that seems to be it!

Well that fixed the main leak - but now it stopped during the cycle about 10 minutes in and started leaking foam. Only place i can see it coming from is the drum inner part. I pumped the water out then tried putting it on a spin cycle but a very large whinning sound is now coming from it.

Where do i go from their to diagnose the fault?

Thanks,
Chris

Possibly water has got on to the motor
I take it you mean the dispenser hose became dis-lodged (its the hose from the dispenser drawer to the top of the drum)
It can pull off if the machine goes into a spin cycle when it hasnt got rid of all the water ( drain pump blocked) ( Bra wire)

Definitely the dispenser hose. If I let it dry out over night i'll give it a go tomorrow see what happens.

Any other tips or is it worse than that?

Thanks,
Chris

A bit of time to dry out might do the trick -- Id recommend you check the filter monthly and carry out a 90 degree wash 4-6 monthly just to get rid of any excess soap from the machine and stop it smelling
