It's a TN-C-S supply.

And as I understand the regulations, it only has to be RCD protected if it's likely to supply power to something that will be used outside. It's positioning makes it HIGHLY UNLIKELY to be used to power something outside. And more to the point I'm sure someone wanting to use something outside would simply plug it into the closer socket located in the shed.

And it's on a 30mA RCBO anywho.
 
All you have to do is to document the installation, and record the fact that the cooker switch socket is not on an RCD.
