we are having trouble with our machine. it looks as though there is no soap going into the drum to wash the clothes.can anyone please help

thanks for answer but machine is getting water as the detergent is dissapearing from tray.
what are the symptoms of your washer problem, because if you are getting water in the machine and the detergent is leaving the soap drawer, the only place it can go is in the drum or all over the floor.

Or pumped straight out of machine after filling jumping to rinse/spin mode missing out the wash part of programme
