I've just had my house re-plastered, I left the walls about two weeks to dry out
Then painted them with a "Wash" followed by a couple of coats of emulsion
Left it a couple more weeks, then fitted new Skirting boards to the walls using "Unibond No Nails"
It says on the tube its for fixing Skirting boards to new plaster, I put plenty on
But its all fell off :( its stayed attached to the skirting board, and pulled the emulsion off the walls but has not damaged the plaster
So what have I done wrong ? is it hte emulsion whats the problem ?
Thanks for any advice :)

You don’t paint the plaster if you’re going to stick skirting board to the walls with grab adhesive; the adhesive will only be stuck to the paint, as you’ve discovered. Unless you want to strip all the paint off, you’ll need to use screws now I’m afraid.
